Our contact form is set up to open a message in your own email program. When you send that message, we receive whatever you include in it — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, the type of inquiry (water or wastewater), and any comments or project details you write.

You may also reach us by phone, fax, or mail. In those cases we receive the information you share during that conversation or correspondence.

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal or estimate, schedule service, and keep normal business records of our communications. We may follow up with you about the request you submitted.

We do not sell the information you send us. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists. We share it only with our own staff working on your request, or where we are required to do so by law or by a regulatory agency.

We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as it is useful for the working relationship and for ordinary business recordkeeping.

This site links to other organizations, including manufacturers we represent and our Facebook page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
