EMS Construction Management was founded by Mathew Smith and Mike Sams after our family company couldn't always rely on outside vendors for emergencies and installs. Since then the crew has added a wide range of services to meet our customers where the work actually is — in the trench, at 3 a.m., in the rain.

As Orenco's dealer for Georgia, south Alabama and the Florida panhandle, our crews set tanks and risers, install effluent pumps and screened vaults, run STEP/STEG collection and effluent sewer, build AdvanTex® treatment pads and wire the control panels — then stay on as the service provider for the life of the system.
