Origin
John H. Evans spends seven years at Georgia EPD, on the regulatory side of water quality.
Evans founds EMS as an answer to the call for qualified, experienced wastewater professionals.
A base of over 100 wastewater and drinking water utilities, with many clients past their twentieth year with us.
We continue to seek out and offer new services to the utilities we serve.
